We are seeking a dynamic HR & Admin Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting human resource functions with a primary focus on Recruitment and Administration. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed an HR internship and are looking to build a long-term career in recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing resumes, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
HR & Admin Support
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and documentation.
Assist in organizing employee engagement and training activities.
Support day-to-day office administration and facility-related tasks.
Ensure HR records and documents are properly maintained.
Handle administrative responsibilities such as office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers with minimum 6 months HR internship experience are welcome
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR admin processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment
