## 🔹 Key Responsibilities

### ✅ Recruitment & Hiring

• Post job openings on platforms like ••LinkedIn••, ••Naukri.com••, and ••Indeed••

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

• Schedule and coordinate interviews

• Manage offer letter & joining process

### ✅ Employee Management

• Maintain employee records and documentation

• Handle onboarding & exit formalities

• Manage attendance and leave records

• Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts team

### ✅ HR Operations

• Implement HR policies

• Handle employee grievances

• Maintain discipline and company culture

• Organize engagement activities

### ✅ Administrative Work

• Maintain office records

• Vendor coordination

• Support daily operational activities

## 🔹 Required Skills

• Strong communication & coordination skills

• Knowledge of MS Excel & HR documentation

• Basic understanding of payroll & labor compliance

• Ability to handle 5–15 employee team independently

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

## 🔹 Preferred

• Experience in Digital Marketing / Media company

• Immediate joiner preferred
