We are looking for a proactive and organized HR/Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations and office administration. The role involves recruitment support, employee coordination, attendance & payroll assistance, and smooth office operations.
Handle recruitment activities: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination
Manage employee onboarding & exit formalities
Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll processing
Support performance appraisal and HR policies implementation
Handle employee queries and coordinate with management
Oversee day-to-day office administration
Maintain office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management
Handle office correspondence, emails, and documentation
Ensure discipline, compliance, and smooth office operations
Support management with reports and administrative tasks
Skills & Requirements
Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin role
Good communication skills (English & local language)
Knowledge of HR processes, labor compliance basics
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
