Job Description

HR Administration

·        Manpower handling, allocation & maintenance.

·        Total Time Office Administration & Maintaining Attendance, Leave, Wages & Salary. Return of P.F. & E.S.I.C.

·        Deal with the Labour contractor, Security Contractor, House Keeping Contractor, their payments & maintenance of records etc.

·        MIS report: Daily workers and staff attendance, absenteeism, Latecomers, reward system of employees, monthly, quarterly and annually.

General Administration

·        Administration of cleaning, Dusting of office area and shop Floor of the company.

·        Safety norms adherence

·        Facility Management includes drinking water, water for cleaning and other purposes, fire pumps, cleaning machines maintenance and spares record

·        Air-conditioning, CCTV cameras, Hooters

·        Housekeeping of shop floor

·        Outside contractors must be monitored for following safety norms and legal compliances of ESI and PF where applicable

·        Updating sign boards and notice boards as and when required

·        Cleaning of underground and overhead tanks

·        Day to day Security staff reporting

·        Checking operation of CCTV cameras and recording system

·        Special arrangements for Company’s Annual day celebration, Foreign guests or VIP customers
