Key Responsibilities :
Manage recruitment, interviews and employee onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance and leave.
Coordinate monthly payroll, salary inputs and deductions.
Handle PF, ESIC and statutory compliance.
Manage employee documentation and HR letters.
Handle employee queries, grievances and workplace discipline.
Coordinate performance appraisals, increments and promotions.
Manage resignation, exit formalities and full & final settlement.
Prepare monthly HR and compliance reports.
