We are hiring Freelance HR Recruiters to support bulk hiring for roles such as delivery executives, factory workers, and other entry-level positions. This is a remote, performance-based opportunity.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

Screen and shortlist candidates

Coordinate interviews with candidates

Follow up with candidates until joining

Maintain daily hiring updates and reports

🔹 Compensation 💰

Per hire payout (negotiable based on role and volume)

Typically ranges between ₹500 – ₹800 per successful candidate

Payment will be released after candidate joining

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: Graduate (relevant degree preferred)

Basic understanding of recruitment is required

Good communication skills

Freshers with interest in HR are welcome

🔹 Required Skills

Candidate sourcing skills (job portals, Facebook, WhatsApp groups)

Strong communication and convincing ability

Good follow-up and coordination skills
