Job Description
Coordinate daily activities on the assigned hospital floor.

Welcome and guide patients and their attendants.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, housekeeping, billing, pharmacy, and other departments.

Ensure timely patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Maintain patient records and update hospital management systems.

Handle patient and family inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.

Monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall patient comfort on the floor.

Schedule appointments and coordinate diagnostic tests when required.

Ensure hospital policies, infection control, and safety protocols are followed.

Prepare daily reports and communicate important updates to hospital management.
