The Painter Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled painters, helpers, and related manpower for Zobocon’s ongoing and upcoming projects. This role requires a hands-on recruiter who understands site manpower requirements, coordinates with project teams, and ensures timely deployment of workers.
Handle end-to-end recruitment of painters, helpers, supervisors, and other site-level positions.
Coordinate with project managers and site in-charges to understand manpower needs.
Source candidates through multiple channels — local contacts, labour contractors, trade centers, agencies, and referrals.
Conduct initial interviews and skill verification for painter candidates.
Maintain an active database of skilled workers and ensure availability for urgent site requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, trade tests, and onboarding processes.
Ensure all selected candidates submit required documents (ID proof, bank details, medical, etc.).
Support onboarding and deployment at project sites.
Maintain daily and weekly recruitment reports for management review.
Build long-term relationships with manpower suppliers and local labor networks.
Minimum 0 years of experience in skilled labor recruitment, preferably in construction, painting, or contracting companies.
Strong network with local labor markets and manpower agents.
Knowledge of painter skill categories (e.g., interior, exterior, texture, spray painting, polishing, etc.).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet manpower deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining records.
Willingness to travel to project sites or labor markets when needed.
Full-time, field and office-based role.
