ZoboCon is a rapidly growing painting service company based in Bengaluru, known for delivering top-quality painting solutions. We are expanding our team and looking to hire skilled painters through our Bihar recruitment operations.

Role Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Field Recruiter based in Bihar to source, evaluate, and onboard skilled painters for ZoboCon projects in Bengaluru. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying suitable painter candidates, conducting initial assessments, and coordinating hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Source painter candidates through local job portals, placement agencies, vocational centers, and painter unions.

·         Conduct preliminary screening and interviews to assess candidates’ skills and suitability.

·         Liaise with local contractors and vocational training centers to build a candidate pool.

·         Manage onboarding logistics and coordinate with the Bengaluru operations team.

·         Maintain accurate records of recruitment and candidate evaluations.

·         Meet recruitment targets based on project scale and timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

·         Experience in field recruitment or labor hiring, preferably in the painting or construction sector.

·         Strong network within Bihar’s local labor market and painter community.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to manage multiple recruitment channels and assess practical skills.

·         Willingness to travel within Bihar as required.

Salary & Benefits:

·         Fixed monthly salary in the range of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 depending on experience and location cost.

·         Performance-based incentives or bonuses upon meeting recruitment targets.
