Job Role:

We’re looking for a Field Recruiter to support hospital hiring operations. The ideal candidate will handle field recruitment, visit hospital departments, source candidates locally, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field recruitment drives and local sourcing.

Coordinate with HR and hospital departments for manpower needs.

Manage documentation and daily recruitment reports.

Build and maintain a local candidate database.

Requirements:

✅ Male candidate only

✅ Good communication & interpersonal skills

✅ Ready to travel across Faridabad & Gurgaon

✅ Energetic and target-driven
