Field recruiter

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Field Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of Pickers, Packers, and Warehouse Associates across various hubs in Bengaluru. This is a high-volume, performance-heavy role combining ground-level field marketing, networking, and rapid candidate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Ground Field Sourcing: Conduct daily field activities (visiting delivery hubs, local market areas, transit points, and commercial clusters) to generate leads and attract potential candidates.

• Bulk/Volume Hiring: Execute aggressive end-to-end recruitment strategies to close a high volume of entry-level warehouse openings under tight deadlines.

• Screening & Assessment: Evaluate candidates based on basic criteria (age limits, eligibility, language preference, physical fitness, and willingness to work rotational warehouse shifts).

• Local Networking: Build a strong local network with labor contractors, local community leads, and technical institutes to keep a steady pipeline of associates.

• Onboarding & Document Verification: Facilitate the initial joining process, including collecting mandatory documentation (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Details) and directing candidates to the specified deployment locations.

• Reporting: Maintain daily and weekly trackers of field visits, footfalls, interviews conducted, and candidates successfully onboarded.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
