Prime Management Industrial Services is hiring Part-Time & Full-Time Field Recruiters (Labour Hiring Supervisor) to join our growing team.

Job Role:

Manage the complete recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating manpower hiring for different client locations.

Salary:

💰 In-hand Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,100

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions

• Source candidates through online platforms and field recruitment

• Screen resumes and conduct interviews

• Post job openings on job portals and social media

• Shortlist candidates and coordinate with hiring managers

• Conduct basic background verification of candidates

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 0 – 4 Years

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing

• Must be comfortable working in field hiring and recruitment activities

• Candidates should be ready to work 6 days a week
