Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities at designated locations. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct in-person interviews, source suitable candidates, and ensure timely hiring for open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct walk-in and scheduled interviews at assigned locations.
Source and attract candidates through local networks, job portals, references, and field visits.
Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to the HR team.
Assist candidates through the selection and onboarding process.
