Position: Field Recruiter

Location: Noida / Delhi NCR
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Recruiter to manage bulk hiring for clients such as delivery, logistics, warehouse, and gig workforce companies including Rapido, Zepto, etc. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates through field activities and local hiring drives.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through field hiring, job portals, references, and local campaigns

• Conduct walk-in interviews and initial screening of candidates

• Coordinate with operations and HR teams for smooth onboarding

• Handle bulk hiring requirements within deadlines

• Visit different locations for candidate mobilization and hiring drives

• Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate databases

• Explain job roles, salary structure, and joining process to candidates

• Ensure proper documentation and joining formalities

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of recruitment or field hiring experience

• Experience in bulk hiring or blue-collar hiring preferred

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with field work and travelling

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals

• Immediate joiners preferred
