Field Recruiter

📍 Location: Noida / NCR
💼 Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives

Job Description:

Source and mobilize candidates through field activities, job fairs, references, and local networks.
Conduct initial screening and candidate interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure candidate attendance.
Manage candidate documentation and onboarding processes.
Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
Meet recruitment targets within assigned timelines.

Requirements:

Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field work and travel.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile applications.
Prior recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
