Job Title: Field Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Recruiter to source, screen, and onboard candidates for blue-collar and entry-level roles. The recruiter will travel to various locations, conduct hiring drives, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, local references, and recruitment drives.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and explain job roles, salary, and company policies.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Complete candidate documentation and onboarding formalities.
Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
Maintain recruitment reports and update hiring trackers.
Coordinate with operations and HR teams for smooth onboarding.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Time management and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in recruitment (field recruitment experience preferred).
Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are an advantage.
