Job Summary:
City Mall is looking for a Field Recruiter to manage rider hiring and onboarding for last-mile delivery operations. The candidate will be responsible for bulk recruitment, team handling, field-level coordination, and ensuring rider activation across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and guide rider recruitment teams.
• Conduct bulk hiring through field visits, walk-ins, drives, and referrals.
• Achieve daily recruitment and onboarding targets.
• Handle rider documentation and verification (Aadhar, DL, RC, Bank details).
• Support rider engagement and reduce dropouts.
• Coordinate field activities and improve team productivity.
Required Skills:
• Minimum 1 year experience in Field Recruitment.
• Strong communication and team handling skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
• Good knowledge of local market.
Preferred Experience: Logistics, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Last-mile Delivery, Mobility, or Gig Workforce.
