Recruit delivery partners (riders) for Swiggy Instamart.

Source candidates through field visits, referrals, local markets, colleges, and job fairs.

Explain job roles, earnings, and benefits to candidates.

Verify documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence, RC, etc.).

Complete rider onboarding and ID creation.

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth joining.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
