Job Responsibilities

Source and recruit delivery partners for Swiggy in the assigned location.

Conduct field visits and generate candidates through local sourcing, references, job portals and other recruitment channels.

Explain the job role, earning structure, incentives and joining process to interested candidates.

Coordinate with candidates for document collection, verification and onboarding.

Assist candidates with the complete joining process and resolve basic onboarding-related queries.

Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets as assigned.

Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure successful joining.

Coordinate with the internal team and provide daily recruitment and joining updates.

Eligibility

Graduate or 12th pass candidates can apply.

Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered.

Candidates should be comfortable with field work and local travel.

Should have a smartphone and basic knowledge of mobile applications.

Good communication and convincing skills are required.

Candidates with experience in field recruitment, sales, telecalling, delivery partner onboarding, manpower recruitment or BDE roles will be preferred.
