Source potential delivery partners/riders through field visits and local-area networking.
Approach candidates and explain Swiggy Instamart delivery opportunities, requirements, and joining process.
Conduct candidate follow-ups and convert leads into successful onboardings.
Assist candidates with documentation and rider registration/onboarding formalities.
Create/assist with rider IDs and ensure candidates complete the joining process.
Achieve assigned daily and weekly recruitment targets.
Coordinate with the operations/onboarding team for successful candidate activation.
Maintain records of candidates, leads, joining status, and follow-ups.
