Job Overview
We’re looking for active and motivated people to help hire and onboard new delivery partners (DPs). Your job will be to guide them through the joining process, verify documents, and get them ready to start work. This is a field role with basic coordination and communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and engage potential delivery partners through field visits, local campaigns, and referrals
Assist candidates with the onboarding process: app installation, KYC, and training
Ensure delivery partners meet Zomato’s eligibility and documentation standards
Brief partners on payouts, incentives, app usage, and code of conduct
Track daily onboarding numbers and share updates with the TL
Support DPs with basic queries or app-related
issues during onboarding
Target of 3 - 4 onboarding on a daily basis
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Onboarding Executive: Minimum qualification is Higher Secondary (12th pass)
Age Limit:
Candidates must be between 20 to 40 years of age.
Mandatory Requirements:
Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Ownership of an Android smartphone
Willingness to work on-ground, including field visits and outdoor activities
Preferred:
Good communication and convincing skills
Prior field hiring or logistics experience, at least 6 months in Field Recruiting or Sales
