Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Manager who can take ownership of building and scaling our team. This role goes beyond traditional HR responsibilities and focuses on hiring, culture building, and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes

• Build and implement HR policies and processes

• Drive employee engagement and company culture initiatives

• Handle onboarding and employee lifecycle management

• Support performance management and team development

• Coordinate with leadership for hiring and team planning

• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

• 1 to 5 years of experience in HR or recruitment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• High ownership mindset and problem-solving ability

• Immediate availability preferred
