Job Title: Blue Collar Recruiter (Bulk / Mass Hiring)

Job Role:

We are looking for a result-driven Blue Collar Recruiter who has hands-on experience in bulk hiring for industries like manufacturing, logistics, and operations. The candidate should be comfortable with field hiring, vendor coordination, and multi-location recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for blue collar roles across multiple states

• Conduct mass hiring drives, job camps, and placement drives

• Source candidates through:

  • TPO (Training & Placement Officers)

  • ITI / Diploma Institutes

  • Employment Exchanges

  • NGOs & Skill Development Centers

• Build strong pipeline for migrant workforce hiring (interstate hiring)

• Coordinate with vendors and field recruiters for faster closures

• Manage walk-ins, screening, and onboarding support

• Maintain daily hiring tracker and reporting

• Ensure target-based hiring within TAT

Required Skills:

• Strong network in blue collar hiring ecosystem

• Experience in bulk hiring / mass recruitment is mandatory

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to travel and conduct field recruitment drives

• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge for tracking

Preferred Industry:

Manufacturing / Logistics / Facility Management / Staffing Industry

Salary:
