We are looking for a proactive and structured Recruitment Manager to lead hiring and strengthen our HR processes.
Role:
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Plan and conduct interviews & candidate assessments
Build strong talent pipelines for business growth
Develop and implement HR processes (HR handbook, policies, onboarding)
Coordinate with leadership on hiring needs & workforce planning
Eligibility:
Postgraduate in HR or related field
1-3 years of experience in recruitment/HR
Strong interviewing, communication & organizational skills
Experience in process building/documentation preferred
