Job Description:

Abhi Impact Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a HR Field Executive to manage workforce operations at warehouse locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Proper allocation and management of manpower in the warehouse.

Completing employee joining formalities and documentation.

Handling PF and ESIC generation and related work.

Managing attendance and leave records of employees.

Coordinating with warehouse supervisors for daily manpower requirements.

Requirements:

1–2 years of field HR experience.

Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC, attendance, and leave management.

Bike is mandatory for field visits.

Good communication and coordination skills.
