Job Title: Field HR Executive

Location: Nagar Road

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

Benefits: Travelling Allowance Provided

Responsibilities:

Field visits for recruitment and HR coordination

Conduct interviews and candidate follow-ups

Handle joining formalities and document collection

Maintain attendance and employee records

Submit daily field reports

Requirements:

Graduate, 0–2 years HR/recruitment experience

Good communication skills

Willing to travel locally for field work

Basic computer knowledge

Two-wheeler and driving license preferred
