Job Description – Field Recruiter

Job Title: Field Recruiter – Delivery Partner Hiring Department: Recruitment / On-Road Operations Interview Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad

## Job Responsibilities

• Recruit delivery partners for on-road operations.

• Conduct field visits to identify and engage potential delivery boys.

• Explain job roles, benefits, salary, and the joining process to candidates.

• Collect and verify candidate documents.

• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding.

• Maintain candidate data and follow up on pending applications.

• Work closely with the team to ensure timely onboarding of delivery partners.

## Daily Activities

• Visit nearby areas to find and engage potential delivery partners.

• Meet candidates, explain job details, and collect required documents.

• Share daily recruitment updates and candidate information with the team.

• Follow up with pending candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.

• Maintain and update candidate records regularly.

## Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduation mandatory.

• Bike: Mandatory.

• Travel: Daily travel up to 10 kilometres from your location.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

## Salary Details

Freshers

• ₹18,000 net salary per month

• Travelling charges

Experienced Candidates

• ₹23,000–₹25,000 net salary per month

• Travelling charges
