JOB DESCRIPTION – PA CUM FIELD EXECUTIVE

Position: PA cum Field Executive
Reporting To: Admin Officer
Location: ITS College, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and well-organized PA cum Field Executive to assist the Admin Officer in day-to-day administrative and field-related activities. The selected candidate will work under the guidance of the Admin Officer and will perform duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Admin Officer in day-to-day administrative activities.

• Handle field-related work and official tasks as assigned by the Admin Officer.

• Coordinate with different departments, employees, vendors, and external parties whenever required.

• Visit different locations for official work, document collection, follow-ups, and other assignments.

• Maintain proper records and documents related to assigned activities.

• Follow up on administrative tasks and ensure timely completion.

• Support the Admin Officer in meetings, coordination, correspondence, and other official activities.

• Handle confidential and official information responsibly.

• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Admin Officer from time to time.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet.

• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

• Willingness to travel for official/field work.

• Ability to work independently as well as under supervision.

• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and presentable.

• Valid driving licence and knowledge of local routes would be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be smart, active, responsible, flexible, and willing to take up both administrative and field responsibilities as per the requirements of the organization.

Note: The candidate will work under the Admin Officer and shall discharge duties as assigned by the Admin Officer from time to time.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
