Checking mail and forwarding to concerned persons for reply / action.
Self-Correspondence & Drafting letters.
Collecting and distributing documents where Shetty sir's signature is required.
Communicate with Supervisors, Asst. Managers & Managers on Department operations.
Handling various administrative functions like organizing and coordinating travel arrangements, hotel bookings, airline reservations, Visa.Making ESIC Cards.
Event organizing
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Maintaining and updating files in order and documentation.
Any other work indicated by the Management from time to time
Stationery and Pantry stock maintenance
Maintaining Office Asset list and arrangement of laptop and accessories
