A Compliance Executive ensures an organization follows laws, regulations, and internal policies by developing programs, conducting audits, assessing risks, providing training, and monitoring adherence, aiming to prevent legal issues and promote ethical conduct, often supporting senior officers in risk management and policy implementation across finance, healthcare, or other regulated sectors. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Policy & Program Development:

  Creating, implementing, and updating compliance programs and internal controls. 

• Risk Management:

  Identifying compliance vulnerabilities, assessing regulatory risks, and recommending mitigation strategies. 

• Monitoring & Auditing:

  Executing monitoring plans, conducting internal audits, and proactively identifying weaknesses. 

• Training & Guidance:

  Organizing and delivering compliance training and advising employees on ethical practices and regulations. 

• Reporting:

  Researching, analyzing, and reporting compliance findings to senior management or governing bodies. 

• Regulatory Liaison:

  Staying updated on new laws, ensuring business practices align with them, and potentially interacting with regulators.
