We are looking for a Assistant HR Manager to join our team to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹60,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assistant HR Manager will be single contact point for all maters involving employees. He/She would be responsible for managing tasks like on recruitment, on boarding, performance evaluation, talent management, Payroll Systems, legal compliances (PF, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity, OHSAS, MPCB etc). Salary
Responsibilities:
1. Organization Talent acquisition and Human Resources strategy it action
2. Coordination with agencies or vendors of recruitment and legal compliances
3. Supervising all HR processes and maintaining documents/Registers as per Govt norms
4. HR processes on boarding to exit processes and recording the same
5. Organizing employees’ welfare activities and employees’ motivational programme
6. Coordination with Operations Head/Department heads
7. Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations
8. Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees
9. Determine and recommend changes to internal standards of conduct, such as team restructuring and morale boosting
10. Provide clarity and connectivity for employees, so that their responsibilities fit the overall corporate strategy
11. Establish and implement orientation and training programmes to help with recruitment efforts and to get employees equipped for their duties

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 4 - 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
