Administration Executive
Position Overview
Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the
smooth and efficient functioning of office activities, contributing to the overall
productivity and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
● Office Operations Management: Oversee and manage daily office
functions, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors,
and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
● Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain and organize physical
and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company
policies.
● Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external
communications, handling phone calls, emails, and directing inquiries
appropriately.
● Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings,
appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
● Support to Senior Staff: Provide general administrative support, including
preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
● Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies and
procedures, including health and safety regulations within the office
environment.
Required Qualifications
● Education: Minimum of 12th grade pass; a Bachelor's degree in any field
is a plus.
● Experience: At least 2 year of experience in an administrative role,
demonstrating proficiency in office management tasks.
● Skills:
○ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
○ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
○ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
○ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
○ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
● Previous experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment is
advantageous.
