Manage day-to-day administrative activities for the warehouse and office.
Maintain records, reports, documents, and administrative files.
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pantry, maintenance, and other facility services.
Ensure timely availability of stationery, pantry supplies, and office materials.
Maintain and track office assets, including laptops, printers, furniture, and equipment.
Coordinate repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance of office assets.
Raise purchase requests and follow up on approvals, invoices, and payments.
Support employee onboarding by arranging workspace, ID cards, and other administrative requirements.
Maintain attendance records and provide administrative support to employees.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and other employee logistics when required.
Ensure the office and warehouse premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Maintain statutory and administrative records and support audit requirements.
Coordinate with Warehouse, HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Head Office, and external vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Resolve day-to-day administrative issues and ensure efficient facility management.
