We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Executive to manage daily office operations, coordinate administrative activities, and support smooth functioning of the organization. The candidate will handle office management, vendor coordination, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor management.
Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Manage office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
Handle courier, dispatch, and communication management.
Support HR and accounts teams with administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Manage visitor handling and front office coordination (if required).
Required Skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle vendors and office logistics efficiently.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
