Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage daily operations of Canteen, Transport, Housekeeping, Gardening, and Security services.
Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Ensure compliance with administrative policies, procedures, and safety standards across all admin functions.
Oversee vendor management, contract monitoring, and service-quality evaluations.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, administrative records, and cost analysis using Excel and other tools.
Address operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions wherever required.
Support management in planning, budgeting, and improving administrative systems and processes.
