We are looking for a Admin Executive to join our team at Muraspec Distributors India Private Limited to manage the day to day process for the organization. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Incoming & Outgoing Calls

• Inward & Outward Courier.

• Details of Material / Catalogues/Samples sent to client.

• Maintaining sheet of sales client visiting cards.

• Maintaining details of samples sent and received from the UK.

• Maintaining stock detail at Mumbai Warehouse.

• Travel Booking (Train and Bus Tickets).

• Digital Material Details.

• Maintaining Manual Attendance Register.

• Vendor Management - AC / Computers / Rediff / Internet / Local Logistics .

• Coordination - EPBX, New Sim Card.

• Coordinate with Sales for Material/Sample Delivery.

• Maintain Soft and hard Files of the required details - Sample/Material/Catalogue.

• Order Office stationery and supplies when required.

• Asset Management  Invoice Checking - Courier (Check Rates/Weight).

• Muraspec Website - Checking for new designs.

• Any other situational office-related task.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate with 60% above in SSC, HSC, Degree and 5 - 6 years of experience. Knowledge of databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Age Limit upto 35 Years. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working.
