Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
1. Administrative Tasks:
o Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
o Draft correspondence, prepare reports, and create presentations.
o Take minutes during meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
2. Coordination and Communication:
o Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
o Oversee travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
o Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and documentation.
3. Strategic Support:
o Assist the CEO in executing key strategic initiatives.
o Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefs for decision-making.
HR Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Support in creating job descriptions, posting openings, and screening resumes.
o Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and manage onboarding.
2. Employee Engagement:
o Organize employee engagement activities and foster a positive work culture.
o Address employee concerns and support performance management processes.
3. HR Administration:
o Maintain employee records, manage payroll coordination, and track attendance.
o Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Client Management and Relationship Building:
1. Client Relationship & Retention:
o Act as a primary contact for key clients and maintain strong relationships.
o Ensure timely communication, address client concerns, and resolve conflicts effectively.
2. Sales Support & Negotiation:
o Provide administrative and strategic support for sales teams.
o Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and negotiating client agreements.
3. Retention Strategies:
o Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
o Regularly gather feedback and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Operations and Team Supervision:
1. Operations Oversight:
o Ensure smooth and efficient operations across all departments.
o Develop and refine processes to improve organizational efficiency.

o Monitor and supervise the tasks of all team members.
o Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve productivity.
3. Process Optimization:

Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
· Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Manager, or similar role.
· Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
· Expertise in client management, sales support, and negotiation strategies.
· Proficiency in HR tools, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
· Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and inspire teams effectively.
