Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. Candidates with an MBA qualification who are interested in building their career in HR recruitment are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in BFSI or NBFC recruitment will be preferred. Freshers and interns with a strong interest in recruitment are also eligible. Key Responsibilities • • • • • • • • • Understand hiring requirements for BFSI/NBFC positions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels. Screen candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic interviews. Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers. Assist in offer roll-out and joining follow-ups. Meet recruitment targets within the defined timelines.
