We are looking for a Admin Executive to join our team to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Maintaining a clean, organized workspace, managing supplies, and ensuring office equipment is functional.
Communication: Acting as the main point of contact, handling phone calls, emails, and mail.
Scheduling:
Coordinating calendars, booking meeting rooms, and arranging travel
Documentation & Records: Updating databases, filing documents, and preparing reports.
Support Services: Assisting with HR onboarding, basic bookkeeping, and liaising with vendors.
Track employee location
Check and verify employee expenses
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
