🌟 Urgent Hiring – Admin / Facility Manager 🌟

📍 Location: Kongaon, Bhiwandi

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

💰 Salary: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage factory facilities, maintenance, housekeeping & utilities

• Oversee security operations, CCTV, fire safety & compliance

• Handle office administration, logistics, transport & travel arrangements

• Manage employee accommodation and welfare support

• Coordinate vendors – housekeeping, security, transport, maintenance

• Maintain licenses, documentation & compliance records

• Monitor administrative budget and cost control

• Lead and supervise administration & general services team

🎓 Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Facility Management

✔ 7–8 years experience in Administration / Facility Management

✔ Experience in manufacturing / industrial environment preferred

✔ Strong skills in vendor management, security operations & compliance

✔ Good leadership and communication skills

⏰ Work Details

🕘 Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

📅 Weekly Off: Sunday

🏖 Leave: 15 days after probation
