Job Summary :
We are looking for a smart, active, and energetic Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and coordinate various administrative and outside activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, strong people interaction abilities, and be proactive in handling responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities :
• Visit the company godown at least twice a month to coordinate administrative requirements and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain basic entries and administrative records by using Tally.
• Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office functioning.
• Coordinate with employees, vendors, and service providers.
• Handle office documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
• Manage office supplies, stationery, and general upkeep of the office.
• Assist management with administrative support and coordination activities.
• Handle outside work such as bank visits, courier dispatches, government-related work, vendor meetings, and other official assignments.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as required.
• Follow up on payments, invoices, and other administrative matters.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, visitors, and external stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements :
Male candidate preferred.
Graduate in any discipline.
2-5 years of experience in office administration or related functions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart, presentable, active, and energetic personality.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Email).
Good knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage.
