Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk queries
Maintain visitor records and handle guest coordination
Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings
Assist in administrative and office coordination tasks
Handle courier, mail, and office supplies management
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience as a receptionist/front desk executive
Fluent in spoken and written English
Presentable personality with a professional attitude
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
