Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and assist in check-in / check-out
Handle guest queries politely and provide excellent service
Manage room bookings, walk-ins, and guest records
Coordinate with housekeeping and staff for a smooth guest experience
Handle basic billing and front desk documentation
Maintain front office cleanliness and professional environment
