Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
Monitor vital signs and record observations accurately
Administer medications as per doctor’s orders and hospital protocol
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies
Assist in triage and emergency patient management
Provide first aid and emergency nursing care
Monitor critically ill patients closely
Maintain emergency equipment and readiness
Maintain intake-output chart, medication chart, and nursing notes
Perform wound care, catheter care, and IV line care
Prevent bed sores and ensure patient hygiene
Follow infection control practices strictly
Assist in antenatal, intranatal, and postnatal care
Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal vitals
Support labor room procedures as directed
Provide newborn care and breastfeeding support
Assist in fracture care, cast care, traction care
Monitor neurovascular status of affected limbs
Educate patients on mobility and precautions
Maintain accurate nursing documentation
Record treatments, medications, and patient progress
Ensure proper handover during shift changes
Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and relatives
Report abnormal findings immediately to the concerned doctor
Maintain professional behavior and teamwork
Follow universal precautions and hand hygiene
Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient areas
Handle biomedical waste as per protocol
GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing (Recognized Institute)
Valid Nursing Council Registration
Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations
Punctuality and discipline
