Role Description
It's a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves serving as a primary point of contact for patients, scheduling appointments, and coordinating pre- and post-procedure care for LASIK and cataract services. The Care Coordinator will manage patient information, support case follow-ups, and ensure smooth communication between patients, clinical staff, and external providers. Daily tasks include responding to patient inquiries, guiding patients through treatment pathways, providing clear instructions for home care, and assisting with documentation and billing-related coordination as needed. The role also involves identifying and addressing patient concerns promptly to support a positive and efficient care experience.
Qualifications
· Strong skills in care coordination and case management to manage patient journeys and follow-up plans effectively.
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities to interact clearly and respectfully with patients and clinical teams.
· Knowledge of home care processes and post-procedure support to provide appropriate guidance and monitoring.
· Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases, appointments, and documentation accurately.
· Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment, with attention to detail and adherence to privacy and safety standards.
· Prior experience in healthcare, eye care, or hospital administration is beneficial.
· Proficiency with basic computer applications and patient management systems.
· Relevant diploma or degree in healthcare, social work, hospital administration, or a related field is preferred.
