Job Summary

We are looking for an SEO | AEO | GEO Executive to improve Mitzvah's online visibility, Google search rankings, and presence across AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

Key Responsibilities

- SEO: Optimize website pages, keywords, technical SEO, backlinks, and organic traffic.

- AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): Create structured, FAQ-based content to improve visibility in search answers and featured snippets.

- GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): Improve brand discoverability and citations across AI-powered search engines.

- Optimize product and category pages for Air Curtains, PVC Strip Curtains, Hand Dryers, and Insect Killers.

- Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research, and content gap analysis.

- Manage Google Search Console, GA4, Google Business Profile, and SEO tools.

- Implement schema markup, internal linking, and on-page SEO improvements.

- Coordinate with website developers and content teams.

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify priority products/pages for optimization.

- Provide regular reporting on SEO/AEO/GEO performance and impact on business KPIs.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and AI search advancements.

- Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, AI visibility, enquiries, and lead conversions.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in SEO, content optimization, and technical SEO.

- Understanding of AEO, GEO, AI search, and structured data.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.

- Familiarity with B2B, manufacturing, or industrial product marketing preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Growth in relevant organic traffic and keyword rankings.

- Increase in qualified website enquiries and leads.

- Improved visibility in Google and AI-generated search results.

- Better product-page performance and conversion rates.

Preferred Candidate

- Data-driven, technically sound, and capable of independently executing SEO strategies with measurable business results.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.
