💼 Job Role: Performance Marketing Executive

📌 Experience: 6 Months – 2Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Develop effective strategies to generate quality leads and increase conversions.

• Monitor campaign performance and ensure efficient utilization of advertising budgets.

• Analyze marketing data to improve campaign results and achieve business objectives.

• Perform audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.

• Track important metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.

• Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to improve campaign performance.

• Prepare regular reports and suggest improvements based on campaign insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in performance marketing.

• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Understanding of paid campaigns, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

• Familiarity with campaign tracking and digital marketing analytics.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
