About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on SEO Executive who can independently manage SEO activities from scratch for our company websites as well as SEO projects assigned to the company by clients.

The candidate must have real, practical experience in On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO and should be capable of planning, executing, monitoring and reporting SEO activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete SEO of Alpha Delving's websites from scratch

• Handle SEO for all client/project websites assigned to the company

• Conduct complete keyword research, competitor analysis and SEO strategy

• Execute On-Page SEO including:

  • Meta Title & Description

  • Heading Structure

  • Keyword Optimization

  • Internal Linking

  • URL Optimization

  • Content Optimization

  • Image/ALT Optimization

  • Schema implementation/basic understanding

• Execute Off-Page SEO including:

  • Link Building

  • Quality Backlinks

  • Guest Posting

  • Directory/Citation Building

  • Competitor Backlink Analysis

  • Local SEO activities

• Handle Technical SEO including:

  • Website Crawling & Indexing

  • Sitemap & Robots.txt

  • Canonicalization

  • 404/Redirect issues

  • Core Web Vitals/basic page-speed understanding

  • Search Console issues

  • Duplicate content and technical errors

• Work with developers and content teams wherever technical/content changes are required

• Track website rankings, traffic, keywords and SEO performance

• Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner and SEO tools such as Ahrefs/Semrush/Ubersuggest

• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports

• Maintain proper documentation of:

  • Keywords

  • Backlinks

  • SEO activities

  • Ranking reports

  • Website audits

  • Competitor analysis

  • Monthly performance

• Continuously identify opportunities for improving organic traffic, rankings and leads.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must have 1–3 years of relevant hands-on SEO experience.

The candidate should have actually worked on:

On-Page SEO + Off-Page SEO + Technical SEO

Candidates with only theoretical knowledge, basic backlink-building experience or only content/keyword experience will not be preferred.

Previous Experience Documentation – Mandatory

The candidate must be able to provide proper documentation/details of their previous SEO work, wherever applicable, such as:

• Previous company/project details

• Websites worked on

• SEO reports

• Keyword/ranking reports

• Work samples or case studies

• Backlink/SEO activity reports

• Previous employment/experience proof

Relevant experience must be verifiable.

Who We Are Looking For

We need someone who can take ownership of SEO, not someone who requires step-by-step training for basic SEO activities.

You should be comfortable working independently, handling multiple websites/projects and being accountable for SEO execution and reporting.
