Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Email Marketing Executive & WhatsApp Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this dual-role position, you will design, execute, and optimize high-performing email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp Business communication strategies to drive customer engagement, lead generation, conversions, and retention.

You will be the go-to expert for building personalized, automated, and compliant marketing journeys across email and WhatsApp channels while analyzing performance to continuously improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing

Create compelling email copy, subject lines, and layouts that align with brand voice and drive action.

Manage email lists, segmentation, automation workflows, and A/B testing.

Ensure email deliverability, compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.), and best practices.

Monitor and analyze key metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion rate, bounce rate, unsubscribe rate) and generate performance reports.

WhatsApp Marketing

Develop and execute WhatsApp Business API campaigns, broadcast messages, and automated flows.

Build customer journeys using chatbots, templates, and interactive messaging.

Manage WhatsApp catalogs, quick replies, and click-to-WhatsApp ad integrations.

Handle customer support queries and sales conversations via WhatsApp professionally.

Ensure compliance with WhatsApp Business policies and data privacy regulations.
