**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a results-driven **Performance Marketing Executive** to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital advertising platforms and a strong understanding of lead generation and campaign performance metrics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan and execute **paid marketing campaigns** across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

* Manage **end-to-end campaign lifecycle**

* Drive **lead generation and customer acquisition** through paid channels

* Monitor and optimize key metrics like **CPA, ROAS, CTR**, etc.

* Conduct **A/B testing** for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages

* Analyze campaign performance using tools like **Google Analytics & Ads Manager**

* Identify new growth opportunities across **channels, audiences, and funnels**

* Manage and optimize **remarketing and retargeting campaigns**

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* 2–3 years of experience in **performance/paid marketing**

* Hands-on experience with **Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms**

* Strong understanding of **conversion funnels and lead generation strategies**

* Experience with analytics tools (**Google Analytics, GTM preferred**)

* Good understanding of **landing page optimization**

* Data-driven mindset with strong **analytical skills**
